This package is especially designed to improve your performance in the water to get the most out of your surf sessions.You will improve surf specific mobility and increase your strength to maximise paddle performance and pop-up power. This program is progressive no matter what level of surfer you are!
There are 3 programs to suit any ability of surfer – it consists of a six-week block using only a light resistance band with technique videos so there no confusion with your training. You will also have access to the full online hub with nutritional tips and HIIT workouts to supplement your training.
